Peter Ng is it?
I forget, it's been impossible to stay organized over the last two years while I lose everything I own. I do not know what you two talked about after I walked out of your Office yesterday stating "Forget it guys, I will be a suicide long by that time" - June. I didn't even think I would make January when I told my lawyer in the Courtroom there's no time. Here you are June. Four months ago I was arrested and we just move it to trial now.

Crown Counsel,
Peter Ng is it? I forget, it's been impossible to stay organized over the last two years while I lose everything I own. I do not know what you two talked about after I walked out of your Office yesterday stating "Forget it guys, I will be a suicide long by that time". June. I didn't even think I would make January when I told my lawyer in the Courtroom there's no time. Here you are June. Four months ago I was arrested and we just move it to trial now.

The RCMP Member I spoke with said they would drop the Charges. My lawyer stated yesterday that he asked you twice to drop the Charges. In reply, he said that you denied that option because it was too personal. Too personal for whom? The poorly trained and corrupt Port Moody Police? Too personal for your Criminal Court Office? I liked you, until my lawyer told me this.
Too Personal? If you are referring to me, yes it is very Personal when Criminal Courts abuse you as a Victim. It is very Personal when Police act criminally against someone they know is not the problem. Especially someone who's gone through what I have gone through. It is very personal when the System MURDERS you for the sole act of doing nothing more than trying to stay Alive.
Too Personal? Again, I ask you too Personal for whom? Too Personal for my siblings who have happily plotted to undermine me for personal gain all of my life? Too Personal for those who financially manipulate an easily manipulated elderly person?
If you had any Common Sense and Decency you would throw this out.
You are murdering someone. Now your name is here, if I manage to go down that road pull it off - it's on your hands. I read my mother's words. 'What is going to happen to him?' - she really is that dumb, ask my sister. For my health and the overall situation, short term and long term, this is far beyond cruel and unusual. The Clock is Ticking.

Mischief for dropping my tools, my livelihood and my possessions at home, in a house that would not be there for my family to cheat me out of, if I didn't embark on the mission to ensure it was kept?
Mischief? For safeguarding the possessions critical to my life, just before I check myself into the hospital before I end up committing suicide? That is Mischief? In a house that my mother stated is my mothers and mine? In a house, that I have the largest share as you already heard her state?
You are denying me the Right to Life.
Who is really committing Mischief and who is really being denied?
