In checking things off of my list, I finally stopped by the RCMP here in Maple Ridge.  The point was to learn about and possibly accessing Victim Services within the Detachment, I never was able to complete exploring that last January when I was given a card with an email address.  Dropping by was also to explore options outside of the Office of Police Complaint Commissioner's website, which looks like it changed since last year.  I do not know if it did or not, it just looks different than I remember, it looks discouraging in layout to be honest.  As I referring to the PMPD as criminals, I learned which detachment to go to have an Investigation opened on another Police Department.

However, there's no likely outcome to that.  Who ever stole my change and formatted my recorder, that'll just be one word against another.  Infringing on my Freedom of Speech and my ability to share information with other Canadians by deleting my Facebook posts and especially the Review on the PMPD pages?  That will just get passed off as Facebook's jurisdiction.   A Tactical Response Team?  That will just passed off as some excuse invoked to ensure 'public safety' or my 'Mother's' safety.  The PMPD issuing a Warrant for my Arrest because some kid attacked me...  ?   The attempted Arrest for Mischief because of some fraudulent Investigation used as a cover to keep me from my home which in effect murders me?  The attempted Arrest for Mischief to park my livelihood and possessions at home while I check myself into the hospital in order to prevent myself from committing suicide?

I spoke with good Officer from what I saw, but he was young.  I would have been better to talk to the retired 40+ year member that I was conversing with while I waited.  For me, it's not just about me.  It is about the ridiculousness of the System.  Not that anyone who enjoys the faults would like to correct them, but...  I even have had Officers confess to me that they get frustrated with the way everything works.  Perhaps no one cares, but all through this I have seen a common sense solution at increasing the efficiency and the integrity of everyone.  Perhaps, if my life was like it was many years ago with nothing to do for a few hours after work I could build a working model.  In reality however, bureaucracy does not like efficiency, nor integrity.

The only thing that upsets me in this meeting was a comment the Officer made about Medication.  You can medicate the piss out of me, but a pill will not change the situation.  Neither will making me slow, sluggish and dull help in my decision making.  I am concerned that it is on a file, or perhaps everyone is just trained that a little pill and running around people to 'doctors' offices are the answer to everything.  I do not know, I just know that is not my answer.

For the record, although there was nothing wrong with Officer, I didn't have an easy time verbally conveying why I was there.
