Her Majesty the Queen,

As the Defender of the Faith, I am sure you will appreciate that my God is the One of Truth and as that Canada Recognizes the Supremacy of God; the Supremacy of Truth, I hereby declare the following:

I signed the 'Rogers Order' under duress with the belief that the Truth under God rules Supreme in this Country.  The Truth being that a 'Rogers Order' is Immoral, Unwarranted and Unjust.  At least in my case, if there is** even such a thing as a 'Rogers Order' , likely it is a criminal code word for dealing with someone who is not accepting systematic corruption.

Much like burning people as heretics as below:

Queen Elizabeth I revoked a thought censorship law in the late sixteenth century, because, according to Sir Francis Bacon, she did "not [like] to make windows into men's souls and secret thoughts".^[6] During her reign, philosopher, mathematician, astrologer, and astronomer Giordano Bruno took refuge in England from the Italian Inquisition, where he published a number of his books regarding an infinite universe and topics banned by the Catholic Church. After leaving the safety of England, Bruno was eventually burned as a heretic in Rome for refusing to recant his ideas. For this reason he is considered by some to be a martyr for free thought.^[7]

To the Provincial Courts of British Columbia, I declare the following:

Condition 1: You must report by noon tomorrow, November 15, 2017 to a Bail Supervisor at 2610 Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitlam, BC and report thereafter as directed by your Bail Supervisor.

• Done.
• However, why the swap of Bail Officers?  The original Bail Officer was someone I could speak to and work with, the one I now have is hardly tolerable due to what is best described as a personality clash.  I actually find her a bit childish and abusive in her enjoyment of exercising 'control'.  Her lip peircing tells of her own Mental Illness if you ask me.

Condition 2: Provide your residential address to your Bail Supervisor, and do not change that address without the prior written permission of your Bail Supervisor.

• 560 Foress Drive or No Fixed Address - take your pick.
• Bureaucracy.  If I attempted to follow this Condition, a situation like the one I had at the end of August, would ensure that I lose everything I own.  This is useless bureaucracy and overbearing control, highly destructive and nonsensical considering the fact that I willingly work with anyone who works towards the greater truth.

Condition 3: You are to have no contact directly or indirectly with Margaret Berladyn.

• Right.  Only Criminals are allowed coerce, manipulate and lead my elderly mother to act and speak against me, someone who I have entrusted with my life.  Even the Police lead her in conversation.  I see it in the transcripts of her responses, although perhaps not intentional by the officer, they are simply non-truthful reactions to the question implied.  She does not fear me.   My sister states, my mother is dumb, she is 'easy' (to manipulate).

Condition 4: You are not to go within a 2 block radius of any place of residence, place of employment, or place of education of Margaret Berladyn.

• Right, you must protect the desire of Criminal Police Departments and my greedy, selfish siblings who have taken my LIFE - taken unjustly.  You even deny my ability to seek help through my friends and community with this condition.  What was wrong with the one block radius?  I can only surmise that the Crown Prosecutor increased her request out of vindictiveness after I called her a Criminal.

Condition 5: You are not to be in possession of any weapons as defined by the Criminal Code of Canada.

• Right.  As if I have a history or an intent of harmful acts.  This is just Character Assassination and an Insult to Injury in a corrupted Justice System.  One named the 'Criminal Courts', perhaps I should not be surprised.

Condition 6: You are not to be in possession of any knives save and except for the immediate preparation and consumption of food.

• Further Character Assassination and Insult to Injury.  Corrupt Justice.
• The Bail Supervisor was informed on or about November 19th, 2017 that I will not abide by this condition if it prevents me from working, nor will I abide by if it prevents me from moving forwards from my position.
• Absolutely unjust.  Just like the Gun Restriction, these pieces of paper would not stop me if that is what I chose to do.

Condition 7: At the direction of your bail supervisor you will report to the Forensic Psychiatric Services or elsewhere for intake, assessment, counselling or treatment.

• Right.  Rather than have myself write out the truth in high detail, like I have been trying to do for two years as System destabilized and destroyed my life, some other person gets to write my history, corrupt it, miss minute yet important details and thus force me live a lie that either suits themselves or those in the Mental Health / Policing / Judicial System, rather than what is Right and True under God.
• Corrupt.  I was asked by the Probation Office what help and treatment looked like to me in August of 2016.  I clearly told her that would be writing everything out myself.  If you want a job done right you have to do it yourself.  Instead of clearing my slate of useless highly distracting appointments, they attempted to increase them.

Bail Condition 8: You are not to consume or have in your possession any alcohol or any drugs as listed under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act for unless you have a prescription in your name.

• This is completely abusive, I do not have any consumption history that is even remotely problematic - except cigarettes and coffee.
• I will not partake in the consumption due to my own choices of what is good for my person and what is not.  Not because of some inept rookie female Mental Health Liaison Officer had acted rash in her unobjective bias and now needs to mask her mistakes and her own ineptness as a Mental Health issue on my part, this being her recommending a 'Rogers Order' (if such a thing is actually legit).
• Again, I will not partake in the consumption due to my own choices of what is good for me and what is not.  Not because some female Crown Prosecutor vindictively enjoyed requesting additions to the Bail Conditions on each Appearance.  You people should be put in that Prisoner's Box, behind the plexiglass with poor sleep, while someone spins the facts regarding your person as you life terminates in front of a judge as if it was some game and see how you like it.

Bail Condition 9: You will attend all scheduled appointments with your doctor, psychiatrist, and counsellor.

• Right and I am to lose any means of income I find for such too right?  God is my Doctor, God is my Primary Psychiatrist and God is my Primary Counsellor.
• The Police (and Corrupted Mental Health Practitioners), via the Courts, have taken away my ability to work, feed, house, and clothe myself, never mind the stability to provide a sound response to the Court - and this is what is important?  More humans overloading my person with verbal interactions that (un)intentionally corrupt my history through bureaucracy and appointments?

Bail Condition 10: You will take all medications prescribed to you.

• The Canadian Charter of Guaranteed Rights and Freedoms recognizes the Supremacy of God, this is the very first line written.   It trumps all others.
• I have the obligation before God to refuse taking a poison pill, especially if it impairs my being and my ability to function.  To to do otherwise, would be an Abomination before God.
• Medicating a healthy sane and sound individual simply because he has been denied Common Sense, denied Justice, is Criminal Corruption.
• Condition 10 - violates my Natural Rights under God.
• Condition 10 - violates my Religious beliefs.
• Condition 10 - violates anything sane, moral and just.

Bail Condition 12: You will provide your bail supervisor with the names, addresses, and phone numbers of your doctor, psychiatrist, and counsellor.

• My Primary Doctor is 'God';
• My Primary Counsellor is 'God';
• My Primary Psychiatrist is 'God'.

• Address: Wherever you Are.
• Phone Number: Wherever you Listen.

Since I believe God is the Sum of All Truth, the Sum of All Life, both Past, Present and Future, the best address may right here openly on the Internet itself.

Bail Condition 13: You will tell your doctor, psychiatrist, and counselor that, if you do not follow any terms of this order, he or she is to inform your bail supervisor.

• That is between the Bail Supervisor and God.  I suspect that this Bail Officer is slightly out of touch with appreciating the latter.  Re: Timothy 2:12.
• I would suggest she just read this website as the Bail Office is more than aware of such through the printed copies of public webpages containing the letters to her Majesty the Queen, one which I have hand delivered to them and one which as emailed in last year.

Bail Condition 14: If you decide not to follow these directions, you must immediately report to your bail supervisor when his or her office is open and advise the bail supervisor and thereafter report daily to the Bail Supervisor.

While I feel all of the Conditions are unfair, unjust and unwarranted, the Bail Supervisor was informed on or abouts November 19th, 2017, that I will not abide by Condition 6, nor will I abide by Condition 10.  I do not need 'treatment'.  I need the 'System' to wake up and start recognizing me as a victim and that it is/has murdering/murdered me by the real world situation it has unjustly placed me into.
