Post Title: PMPD 2017-5371 - 1st Interview of Margaret BERLADYN
August 27th, 2017 8:59 PM Conversation between Cst. C. KNOBLAUCH / Margaret BERLADYN

Line 16 - Yeah, one of two siblings controlling and manipulating and elderly person.  As she said to me 'I am warning you, you'd better not stand in my way.  Mom is Dumb.  She's easy'  (easy to manipulate).

Line 17 - The woman across the street is deceased.  So that either may be her husband, a friend of mine, or the woman next door.  Or she may have lied.  I was not quiet in storing that material.  In fact, from the course of events, she probably realized I was there when she looked outside after hearing the noises I made, she was probably never phoned and told of my presence at all.  She likely heard me and then simply phoned my sister for 'guidance' on what to do.

Line 24/25 - I am the only one who knows how to tie that fence properly and I was the last person to untie/retie it when I was there last.

Line 30/32 - I didn't turn the Audio Recorder on.  That is the main reason I did not speak.  The other reason being that I had to complete the task of securing my property before any intervention. It might have saved a lot of trouble if I spoke to her, but I was unwilling to engage a conversation without having the evidence of what was said.  By the time I had the recorder turned on she had either went inside or I had decided against it.

The funny thing is, I was completely prepared for the police until I had left the property.  Once I had left, I just wanted to get back to my computer, log the event in detail while it was fresh and begin securing the last of my property before it was stolen.  My energy, my emotions, the amount of money in my pocket, my means of food, the amount of cigarettes I had left for keeping mental alertness and the gas level in the truck dictated everything.

Line 34 - My sister phoned the police.  That did not surprise me being told such by the Officer who pulled me over.  When my mother first spotted me, she was on the phone, staring out the glass door and she looked like she looks when my sister is controlling her. My sister probably got off the phone to call and have the police deal with me for her interests while my mother decided to come out and talk.

Line 47 - Yeah, that is a story in itself.

My mother would not know anything she is saying here if it was not for my siblings.  She just... would never know to look up that information and process it.

Line 65 - Is that (unintelligible) remark just a screen masking what she said?  Abused, if she said I was Abused, that would fit.  Many words would.

Lines 67 - 70  I intensify surrounded in bullshit and lies, there is a lot of bullshit and lies which can be overwhelming.  Cause and Effect.  They create it.  I probably handle it better than most people could.  All three will tell you the same thing because all three have discussed this at length, plotting their mutual interests together over years.  Have you ever seen people rub their hands together with big shit eating grins laughing at you as they know you are powerless to stop them from taking everything you worked for?

Line 78 - Her first answer shows you who is fresh in her mind.  Who's influencing her.

Line 86 - Officer, your response sounds like you are surprised that you were called out and troubled for such a minor innocent event.

Line 96 - (mumbles)...  are blanking out that she is deeply concerned and worried PMPD?  Is that you what you are doing?  Deleting words in Recorded Audio Testimony?  Would not surprise me.

Line 98 - Look, she is concerned again.  I do not trust your Transcriptions.

Line 101 - (unintelligible crosstalk)...   Are you deleting and masking more words PMPD?

Line 104 - It sounds like you want to talk off of the record.  Off of the recording.

Line 109 - (Unintelligible whispering) Again?
