SYNOPSIS OF BACKGROUND INFORMATION

On or about July 22, 2016, a sham trial, after D.BERLADYN's livelihood and income was destroyed to such effect that he couldn't even afford to feed himself, let alone defend himself, was held for Daniel BERLADYN (D.BERLADYN) at the Port Coquitlam Courthouse located at 2620 Mary Hill Road in Port Coquitlam, BC, in relation to a Section 810 Peace Bond application.  This application was submitted to Crown Counsel by Lead Investigator Criminal, Constable Jenn OHASHI (Cst OHASHI), after gathering information lies from D.BERLADYN's family members which satisfied the unobjective, inexperienced and biased rookie Cst OHASHI who was overly eager to take action against a male victim seeing that reasonable grounds enough false testimony existed to believe portray that D.BERLADYN posed an ongoing safety risk to members of his family while they were really the risk to him in trying to take his life while controlling finances that were not theirs and that appeared to be exacerbated by conducts unbecoming of Officers undiagnosed mental health issues.  At the conclusion of the immoral trial, a Section 810 Peace Bond was granted by the Courts in which D.BERLADYN was placed on conditions with an expiry date of on or about July 21, 2017. (X-Reference PMPD File: 2016-616).

• The Judge stated 'he will have to rule in favour to protect me from them'.  This only gave everyone else exactly what they wanted while destroying me the victim, bringing great harm to my person.  My siblings get to fully control my Mother and the House they never put a penny into, nor broke a sweat for and the police get go about being overpaid elsewhere.
• PMPD MHL Jenn OHASHI - the only Officer who did not appear to get it, she Railroaded my person as the threat, when the threat was to my person all along.  The other Officers knew full well.
• PMPD MHL Jenn OHASHI - Waving to me all happy before the trial and then congratulating herself along with the PMPD female Victim Services member at the end of the trial, as if the only thing that mattered was their role in the case...  not what was true, not what was appropriate, not what was proper resolution, not what was right, not what was common sense, but just the fact that they achieved something in a Bureaucratic System.

On or about April 5, 2017, a trial was held for D.BERLADYN at the Port Coquitlam Courthouse located at 2620 Mary Hill Road in Port Coquitlam, BC, in relation to a Section 111 Firearms Prohibition application. D.BERLADYN failed to appear for his court appearance as he was barely surviving and too distracted by a crazy woman who would physically and psychologically attack him, leading to the misreading of a Court date where instead of attending he regretfully wasted his time in asking Fraser Health and Social Services for help instead of attending court; however, Crown Counsel proceeded with an ex parte application and trial proceeded without D.BERLADYN present.  At the conclusion of the trial, the Courts granted a 5-year Firearms Prohibition against D.BERLADYN to which he was later served the paperwork be the Coquitlam RCMP (X-Reference PMPD File: 2016-982). For information purposes, Cst OHASHI received information from the Coquitlam RCMP's Mental Health Officer while at this specific trial to report they had received information that D.BERLADYN had made some suicidal remarks an offhand figure of speech in his decline of accepting welfare to a social worker.  The Coquitlam RCMP were eventually easily able to locate D.BERLADYN and deemed him not apprehendable under Section 28 of the Mental Health Act. (X-Reference Coquitlam RCMP File: 2017-10144)

• An Insult to Injury.
• The Fire Arms Prohibition, the one in which PMPD MHL Jenn OHASHI wore a guilt ridden face as she handed me the Court Particulars.  She screwed up, it was written all over her face.
• The Coquitlam RCMP's Mental Health Liaison Officer who pulled me aside without ever meeting me before and proceeded to instruct me to just move on, to forget the fact everything I needed to survive and thrive was taken from me.
• I desperately wanted to be at that Courthouse for the trial.  I was too distracted desperately trying keep working barely making it, snafu, all while I was being abused, assaulted, looted and badgered by a woman in a boarding house that I was LUCKY to have found.   I was in such chaos that I misread the date.  I showed up for court twelve days later on the 17th,  overwhelmed and worn out, not knowing that I had missed it.
• I wanted to repeat the request I had already made to the previous judge.  A request that never went into the microphone, wrong Courtroom for that as per my understanding.

PORT MOODY POLICE DEPARTMENT FILE: 2016-6324
(Form 4 Apprehension) 

On February 16, 2016 at approximately 1639 hours, Cst OHASHI spoke conspired with Tri-Cities Mental Health who advised that a criminal psychiatrist was in the process of helping the police create what they want by committing fraud and falsely certifying (completing a Form 4 under the Mental Health Act) D.BERLADYN who was currently at their center located at 2232 Elgin Avenue in Port Coquitlam, BC.  While Tri-Cities Mental Health indicated they initially called the Coquitlam RCMP to transport D.BERLADYN to hospital, they re-contacted Cst. OHASHI advising D.BERLADYN drove his truck containing his livelihood home as had been agreed to with the Psychologist, and he had left their facility before police arrived.  At approximately 1810 hours, Port Moody Police Department members ignored D.BERLADYN's phonecall, attended D.BERLADYN's residence located at 560 Foress Drive in Port Moody, BC. and apprehended D.BERLADYN in a big dramatic show for the neighbours without incident.

• This took place a 15 days after PMPD MHL Jenn OHASHI was strutting her stuff, chewing gum and threatening me to get out of my home less than 24 hours after I was released from the Hospital.  There is a Police history prior this where the last Report to the Crown is riddled with lies from Jenn OHASHI.   She even appeared to hide the events where I almost dropped dead just over two months before.   Reading it now, with a clearer mind, I can clearly see that  Jennifer OHASHI is a CRIMINAL.
• Medical Fraud
• Police Fraud
• 'They', they always being a reference to the Police, wanted me to see a Psychiatrist.  A psychiatrist they set up. I normally would have said no, but I was so beaten down and pliable I agreed.
• The whole thing was a sham as the 'Psychiatrist' intentionally played on my exhausted and worn out emotions to create a scenario of their own making.
• Not being able to avoid the situation, it was agreed that I would drive my truck home, where I then phoned PMPD MHL Jenn OHASHI and politely asked her to pick me up at the tennis courts, away from the neighbours.
• PMPD MHL Jenn OHASHI didn't even log my call and then she proceeded to put on a big police presence in front of all the neighbours.
• At the hospital, she bullied me and they crowded my person, leaving me no psychological reprieve.
• I see now why the Royal Columbian Hospital Psychiatrist was so panicked and apologetic, the PMPD had set me up in order to falsely RAILROAD me from my home.
• They arrested me upon hospital release, right in the hospital bed for 'Mischief'.
• They banned me from returning home and told me not to talk about the case with anyone for fear of jeopardizing their case.  I was told to just 'start over'.
• My mother knew things went too far, she was helpless and tried talking to me just before all this took place, but I made the mistake of not doing so alone.  I even overheard a conversation of her defensively telling my uncle the terms at which I could stay in the home that she agreed was hers and mine.  She had phoned him from my sisters, my sister who was ultimately controlling my mother and attempting to dictating the terms of our financial arrangement.   Terms favourable to everyone else but me.
• This action completely destroyed everything in my life that I was trying to save.  My health, my livelihood, my finances, my relationships with extended family, friends, peers and loss of property and on and on.  Even my cat is dead because of this.  Further, it took something irreplaceable, that house where my memories go all the way back to a crib.
• Even though the Psychologist warned PMPD MHL Jenn OHASHI that I was a high risk for suicide if they proceeded, they arrested me at the hospital and threw me out anyways.
• I don't want to write this or think about it, but I have been close to it and I think it about it almost daily.  How I deal with this, is by keeping my mind elsewhere.

PORT MOODY POLICE DEPARTMENT FILE: 2016-993
(Section 28 Apprehension) 

On February 24, 2016 at approximately 1039 hours, Cst OHASHI received a call from Margaret BERLADYN who advised D.BERLADYN had recently sent a possibly suicidal message to another family member via Facebook.  Shortly thereafter, Cst OHASHI received an email from the primary  manipulator James "Jim" BERLADYN (Jim BERLADYN) with a screenshot of D.BERLADYN's message which was entitled "Goodbye".  As D.BERLADYN referenced suicide in his message, Cst OHASHI requested Port Moody Police Department dispatch contact the Coquitlam RCMP to request assistance in assessing D.BERLADYN's mental health status.  The last known address for D.BERLADYN at this time was 1456 Delia Drive in Port Coquitlam, BC. A "ping" of D.BERLADYN's cell phone was also conducted which indicated D.BERLADYN's phone was in North Vancouver, BC.  The North Vancouver RCMP ultimately located D.BERLADYN and apprehended him under Section 28 of the Mental Health Act and subsequently transported him to hospital for assessment.

• This cost me my temporary place to live.
• This cost me my job that took six months to get back.
• The message is here on this site.
• Over a private group that I had created for extended family members, a group that did not include my own siblings, I stated good-bye.  Citing the fact, that I could not know people who were friends and associates of people who took my life for their own gain.  I could not be friends with people who did nothing to help me but sit back and watch what was going on.  Being thrown out of my home penniless and physically ill, my work needs crippled, living in a trailer with no heat and with intermittent power, it was clear to me that I would not make it long term.  Too much damage to survive in a highly competitive, complex and demanding work environment that requires capital and confidence to succeed.
• The PMPD literally knowingly helped my Family MURDER ME.  Often even laughing that the situation was funny.  This after there own members stated that they knew I was not the problem.  They targeted me to simply ease their own work load.  That much was literally stated in different words.

Shortly after this I broke down in a moment of weakness, I dropped my pride one night and emailed the North Vancouver RCMP Mental Health Liaison Officer who had just met me, desperately asking for his help.  What happened next was unthinkable.  My email stopped working, I could not email my daily reports to the company in which I was continually losing face with and when I finally had my email sorted out, all of the emails to the Police Departments and Victim Services were missing.  I suspected someone tampered with my computer while I was in the hospital and this seemed to have confirmed it.   What a lonely experience that was in a cold, dark trailer, with little to no money, desperately asking for help and then suddenly that kind of thing happens.  I never did get a reply the RCMP MHL.

On March 23, 2016 at approximately... Where is this one OHASHI?

March 23rd, PMPD -> I stopped by the Department after hearing that Mike and Jim BERLADYN were going through my Visa Statements, Truck Payments, etc.  The PMPD allowed me an escort home to collect my personal Financial records.  I hope I have them all.  I also took my broken phone with saved texts and my mail.  It’s very jarring seeing someone go through all your belongings packing them up in your own home.

Several emails back and forth with the PMPD over this confirm the instance.  Jenn OHASHI looked like an idiot trying to block my path as if I was some kind of danger.

On March 28, 2016 at approximately 1038 hours, D.BERLADYN contacted the Port Moody Police Department requesting assistance to "Keep the Peace" due to a no-go to his mother's and his residence located at 560 Foress Drive, in Port Moody, in order to retrieve some of his belongings needed to survive.  Port Moody Police Department members first refused and then with great attitude attended the residence and D.BERLADYN collected some of his expensive belongings with the assistance of a friend.  D.BERLADYN was unable to move all of his property out of Margaret BERLADYN's and his residence and was directed by Port Moody Police Department members to re-contact police once he knew a date and time when he could complete the move with his friend. As the only thing the PMPD cares about is solving their own problems.

• I only originally phoned this day tentatively enquiring the process and availability.  As a friend was possibly going to allow me to use his trailer.
• I was rudely told to HIRE A BAILIFF.
• Without notice, later in the day I was rudely phoned and asked where I was.  I was expecting to confirm/deny and appointment and they went ahead and sent cars up to the house and then chided me for not being there.  This just after my friend cancelled his large trailer on me.
• I was forced to rushedly find another friend as the police were very impatient and very rude.  I was made to wait outside for Officers who took thirty minutes to show up, exclaiming how they were "so sick of this".
• They literally destroyed my life, my ability to work and everything important to me, helping people take my life - and they were "sick of this".
• I took all I could, two truck loads, to prepare for Court and to try to keep working until then.
• They were told there were a large trailer load or two of property still there.
• They would not log the scratches in my new truck, the ones that lined up perfectly with the garbage can.
• They would not allow me to check or collect my property from upstairs.
• I received heavy attitude from Officers who appeared to not want to deal with the situation THEY created.
• The only good thing they did right was to ask my mother to look after my cat for me.  This would be a small token, as this was the only pet I ever had, everyone else, including my sister had their pets looked after and I had no choice but to entrust him.  He's now dead.

PMPD are pieces of...  for what they did.

(Problematic Guest) 

On October 25, 2016 at approximately 1128 hours, the dishonest Mark BERLADYN (Mark BERLADYN) left Cst OHASHI a voice mail message requesting police assistance in removing his cousin, D.BERLADYN, from this residence located at 1730 Brunette Avenue in Coquitlam, BC.  Cst OHASHI subsequently phoned Mark BERLADYN who indicated he wished for D.BERLADYN to be removed from this residence (he does not pay rent) due to his volatile behaviour D.BERLADYN's attempt at telling Mark that he has lost all respect for him and to kick him out.  Mark BERLADYN stated he attempted to ask texted D.BERLADYN to vacate his residence this morning; however, this resulted in confrontation more texts.  Mark BERLADYN covering his rear end added that he also received some concerning text messages from D.BERLADYN on today's date including "don't bother, I'll be dead you stupid fuck... Just like that 21 year old girl you put down in your own home.  Then you were surprised she was dead.  Funny how I am the only one who was NOT surprised.". D.BERLADYN phoned the Coquitlam RCMP setting up an appointment for later in the day and Cst OHASHI subsequently liaised with the Coquitlam RCMP's Mental Health Officer and sent a CPIC message requesting assistance.  Coquitlam RCMP members later attended Mark BERLADYN's residence, but were not able to locate D.BERLADYN.  Shortly thereafter, after work as D.BERLADYN promised in his phonecall, D.BERLADYN attended the front counter of the Coquitlam RCMP Detachment where he expressed needing help to get back on his feet due to financial difficulties tried to ask for a shelter list while informing the Officer of everything he could, including the fact he never attended a probation meeting. This honest reporting of information lead to the Warrant for his Arrest and to a Crown Prosecutor representing the Probation Office having to apologize to bench for their office's mistake.  D.BERLADYN said he asked Mark BERLADYN for assistance, but noted he did not come through even though he said he would.  A Coquitlam RCMP member took long extensive notes and noted that D.BERLADYN stated he just did not know what to do anymore and was ultimately apprehended under Section 28 of the Mental Health Act by the Coquitlam RCMP and transported to hospital for assessment which almost cost him $1700 and his tools.

• From memory, there was no verbal interaction at all - no 'confrontation'.
• I told Mark BERLADYN over SMS Texts that I had no respect for him and to kick me out of his house .
• The RCMP will have that on File.
• Everything was done over text.
• I remember sensing during the texts that Mark BERLADYN realized that I was going to be contacting the Police.  I just felt that in my text messages, maybe I stated it?  11:28 AM, it coincides with the texts.
• I sensed Mark was talking to my Immediate Family.
• I sensed Mark was losing or had lost respect for me.
• I could not take living there any longer.
• I was sleeping on a couch (woken throughout the nights).
• I needed parking in the back for over a month that I was told I would get.
• I needed gas money that I was told I would get, then I would have to patiently wait for the right opportunity as Mark would forget in no rush.
• I was doing everything I could do to gear myself back up on my feet while trying to be helpful, patient, polite...  I had even just spent $300 clearing debris to attain the parking spot myself.
• Perhaps no one else really understood, how hard it was to get up and do what drives me to work...  I just became to feel that I would die from inaction in that house.
• With each lack of success I could feel myself feeling like I was indirectly held down.  Mark is so passive, so procrastinating with some things.  Albeit, in saying that, he has a complex world himself that requires a totally different mindset than the narrow hard focus that mine did.
• I meant to be short, clear and concise over texts.  I was not in good mental health and rather than just simply state 'I have no respect for you, please kick me out of your house' - I ending up texting a bunch of garbled insults.
• There were a lot of underlying stresses not worth the time to type out.

On October 25, 2016 at approximately ???? hours, D.BERLADYN phoned the Coquitlam RCMP to....  where he insisted on not coming in until he was finished work for the day.  D.BERLADYN later stopped by the Coquitlam RCMP and ??????  

• Why does PMPD MHL Jenn OHASHI not have this listed, does the RCMP not log calls?
• I stopped by the RCMP Detachment what felt like six different reasons.  A shelter list was one of them.  As I spoke I had moments of cracking with tears.
• The Officer determined that he would have to take me to the Hospital.  As he did so, he waved off other Officer's offers of assistance knowing he could handle me alone.  This was much different than the PMPD who kept three Officers pinned to me at all times and would not allow me much Psychological reprieve.
• The Officer and I spoke at great length for hours, it was a very long shift for him.  He took extensive notes.
• Even though I had stated that I would stay the night voluntarily, I was incarcerated against my will by a Physician who just shrugged his shoulders along with three Asian Students.  They strapped me to a bed, a young nurse pressed her body into mine to keep me calm and some point the head nurse removed my restraints citing it all "as such BS".
• This trip prevented me from working and when I returned, I had to explain my situation to the Homeowner.  He then couldn't help himself take advantage by being extra demanding.  It was hard.
• I almost lost $1700 from that incarceration.
• Upon release Mark BERLADYN was throwing much of my property outside.

COQUITLAM RCMP FILE: 2016-36253
(Keep the Peace and Warrant Arrest) 

On October 29, 2016 at approximately 1356 hours, D.BERLADYN called the Coquitlam RCMP to request that police attend his residence to standby and "Keep the Peace" while he attends 1730 Brunette Avenue in Coquitlam, BC, to retrieve some of his tools from Mark BERLADYN's residence.  D.BERLADYN was unaware there also happened to be an outstanding warrant for his arrest for Breach of Recognizance related to Port Moody Police Department File: 2016-616 (for failing to report to his Probation Officer as directed).  The Coquitlam RCMP attended D.BERLADYN's new residence, advised him of the outstanding warrant, and arrested D.BERLADYN without incident.  D.BERLADYN was subsequently transported back to the Coquitlam RCMP Detachment to be held, even though the RCMP wanted to release him, for a JJP hearing.

• Good Officer.
• He was shocked at 'How easy I was to deal with'.
• The  RCMP tried to have me released, but the JJP would not do so, stating that she 'was not putting her name on that'.   I was held all weekend which gave Mark time to loot my property and talk the neighbour out of letting me stay at his unoccupied house for the cost of electricity.
• This little Arrest, literally cost me my chance at surviving intact and legally fighting back.  All I needed was a peaceful place to set up and write everything out.

COQUITLAM RCMP FILE: 2016-36559

On October 31, 2016 at approximately 1730 hours, D.BERLADYN called the Coquitlam RCMP to request that police standby and "Keep the Peace" while he retrieved some tools from Mark BERLADYN's residence.  The Coquitlam RCMP met with D.BERLADYN at his new residence and D.BERLADYN advised it was now too late as his friend (presumed to be Mark BERLADYN) had already departed the residence to take his daughter trick-or-treating (It was Halloween Night).  D.BERLADYN then asked the Coquitlam RCMP to attend Mark BERLADYN's residence with him to check the condition of his tools at 1730 Brunette Avenue in Coquitlam, BC.  D.BERLADYN was escorted by the Coquitlam RCMP to Mark BERLADYN's residence where D.BERLADYN advised a large stash of tools and power equipment was his.  D.BERLADYN was advised by the Coquitlam RCMP that members could not wait for Mark BERLADYN to return as it was Halloween night and that he would have to re-contact police at a later date to retrieve his belongings.

• Good Officer.
• My Possessions inside the house were already moved from their storage locations at this point.  I could see that through the basement windows.
• I would learn later that he stole my expensive kitchenware, replacing his own.
• Very expensive computer equipment worth over $10,000 in whole was placed outside, under a leaking deck.  Portions of which are still not recovered.

COQUITLAM RCMP FILE: 2017-36724
(Uttering Threats) 

On November 1, 2016 at approximately 1423 hours, Wilson WU (WU) perhaps after discussion with Mark who needed to build a story for his theft, phoned the Coquitlam RCMP to falsely report that D.BERLADYN had threatened to "beat him up" on October 28, 2016. WU was residing at Mark BERLADYN's residence (1730 Brunette Avenue in Coquitlam, BC) and D.BERLADYN told him that if he did not move his vehicle, he would "beat him up". (false testimony)  Nothing physical occurred during the argument.  WU said that D.BERLADYN had since moved out of his residence and no further contact has occurred since the incident.  WU did not wish to pursue criminal charges against D.BERLADYN and tell him that any future contact was unwanted.  It is easier to keep the lie that way.

• This kid smokes too much marijuana.
• I never said I was going to "beat him up".
• This is false testimony, Wilson is the one who violated my personal space in confrontation by getting right in my face, highly agitated and unable to cope with my sternness.
• I only threatened him that I would phone the police if I had seen him driving illegally without a license again.
• He likely phoned the RCMP when he found out that I was arrested.  Perhaps Mark prompted him to.

On January 15, 2017, at approximately 1311 hours, the Coquitlam RCMP received a request to check the well-being of D.BERLADYN.  The complainant told the call-taker that D.BERLADYN seemed to be 'sliding into a psychotic break' and referenced D.BERLADYN's website (https://dan.berladyn.online).  The Coquitlam RCMP made arrangements to meet with him at a local Starbucks coffee shop.  D.BERLADYN was keen on speaking with police about his previous experiences with police officers.  D.BERLADYN expressed in lengthy statements the concerns he held regarding the court system and 'straightening his life back to order'.  D.BERLADYN was provided with contact information to the Coquitlam RCMP Victim Services as D.BERLADYN reported having a terrible experience dealing with the Port Moody Police Department's Victim Services.

• I assume that this would be the woman I was staying with.
• She caught me breaking into tears, the emotional trauma, PTSD, being bottle-necked.  I was in terrible shape, completely overloaded and I was slipping into short but deep overwhelming depressions.  I had been through a lot in the previous two months.
• Her seeing me crack into tears only made my health and my situation worse.
• I would not call this a 'psychotic break'.
• She became miserably concerned demanding that I sit down at her kitchen table for what became a lecture, one where I felt like I was spoken down to.  I wanted desperately to protest, but it was her house.
• I had shared my experience regarding all my emails to Victim Services of Port Moody being deleted from my computer and much more.  This happened after I broke down and desperately asked an RCMP MHL Officer for help in an email.  I never heard back from him.
• The key Officer here had worked in Ottawa, he swore it was not the RCMP behind this.  He swore the RCMP does not work that way.
• He took a good look at me and muttered paranoia.  This troubled me for I feared he would write that down and other people would simply copy it. I felt once copied it would then become an  constant descriptor, rather than a momentary one, in a cycle that perpetuates itself.
• I wanted to move forwards, I was both obstructed and completely overwhelmed logistically.
• Victim Services.  The email address given was wrong.  The emails bounced back which was not good for my 'Mental Health'.

On January 18, 2017, the Coquitlam RCMP attended 1730 Brunette Avenue in Coquitlam, BC, to "Keep the Peace" while D.BERLADYN removed some of his personal property from Mark BERLADYN's residence.  After on-going issues with Mark BERLADYN, D.BERLADYN's property was removed from the residence and ultimately placed in the back alley and under Mark BERLADYN's patio.  The belongings under the patio were concealed with a thick blanket but suffered water damage as the water managed to leak into several containers containing expensive drywall equipment.  D.BERLADYN estimated approximately $8000 dollars worth of property had been damaged.  D.BERLADYN was only able to gather a portion of his belongings which did not include the items inside the residence. As Mark BERLADYN was not present, entry into the residence was not made. D.BERLADYN stated he would contact police again in the future to gather his other belongings.

On January 20, 2017, D. BERLADYN attended the Pitt Meadows RCMP Community Police Office to speak with a member. An RCMP member had a brief conversation with D. BERLADYN who was noted to ask vague, nonsensical questions pertaining to his personal issues or which he would not disclose. The conversation with D. BERLADYN was brief as he was having difficulty articulating what he was trying to say and was somewhat apologetic for not being able to explain himself. D. BERLADYN had in his possession a piece of paper that showed a Google map of the area as well as what appeared to be a business name of "Country Canada" near the Community Police Office. D. BERLADYN felt "Country Canada" was doing surveillance / spying on him. The RCMP Member explained she was unfamiliar with "Country Canada" or anything he was referring to and was at a loss of how to assist him. D. BERLADYN seened satisfied stating that the RCMP member appeared to be an honest person.

• I asked for and received the appropriate corrections to the wrong Victim Services email I was recently given.  However, in time my emails to the corrected email address bounced back as well.  This second time, it felt intentional which only made trust issues worse.
• I was completely overwhelmed and overloaded.
• I was likely suffering a great deal of PTSD / Emotional Trauma.
• It was hard to keep focus on multiple tasks of urgent importance, as concentrating on one, would derail others.
• It was hard to determine which task to allot priority at any given moment.
• My cousin had my much needed property and evidence.
• I could not get things at will, I could not waste gas and mental energy.
• I could not afford to open any kind of bureaucratic process.
• I could not afford a follow up phone call, as such would have only added more burden.

On January 23, 2017, D. BERLADYN attended the Pitt Meadows RCMP Community Police Office a second time to speak with the same RCMP member.  D.BERLADYN was asking questions about "purgery" this time and who would investigate such matters, making little sense as he would not elaborate further.  D.BERLADYN spent approximately 20 minutes explaining the many problems he has gone through in his life.  D.BERLADYN acted paranoid, blaming all others in his life for the problems, saying that he knows where he wants to get to, but every time he tries to get help "they" put him off track.  D.BERLADYN noted he had been to 13 different Psychiatrists and every one of them were "crazy". D.BERLADYN talking about being "illegally incarcerated" at Royal Columbian Hospital after being arrested under the Mental Health Act.  The RCMP member attempted to explain that when someone is arrested under the Mental Health Act, it is for their own safety.  D.BERLADYN noted he had filed a public complaint against the Port Moody Police Department.  When asked what the police could do for him, D.BERLADYN apologized for wasting time and explained that he forgot what he wanted to ask and that he was having trouble articulating what he wanted.  D.BERLADYN left the office somewhat content, apologizing for wasting police time.

• Perjury, yes I had a tremendous amount of things to deal with and I had enquired about Perjury of those who testified against me.  I am not sure where the misspelling and quotations come from?
• Paranoid.  I was attempting to ascertain several bits of information while trying to control the authenticity of such information.  What was important to me was a high degree of accuracy as I did not trust anyone not to either give me a faulty variable or to outright steer my own processes off course.
• I did not want anyone adding compounding issues by introducing more and more people and dynamics into an increasingly complex/impossible situation.
• 13 different Psychiatrists, 11 or so forced by actions of the PMPD.
• Psychiatrists being crazy, I am not sure if I said that or not, but the first thing half them want to do is drug you.
• "Illegally Incarcerated" - I thought they needed two doctors to keep me involuntarily, not a Physician and three Asian Students.
• My own Safety?  This sounds condescending.  Each trip damaged my life exponentially.  I do not recall her saying that.
• Yes, I filed a public complaint and I could not even collect and sort all of the evidence because Mark BERLADYN was denying my property and evidence.  He still has over $10,000 worth.  Furthermore, they cold called me on one my worst days while I was wreck and used my own words against me.  I regretted speaking to them the moment I hung up the phone.  This just spiraled me further down.
• I was RAILROADED.

On April 5, 2017 at approximately 1038 hours, Tri-Cities Mental Health Social Services phoned the Coquitlam RCMP to advise that D.BERLADYN had remarked to one of their staff members "I'd rather just jump off a bridge" than go on welfare.  The Coquitlam RCMP spoke with D.BERLADYN who advised that he had a lot going on in his life, personally and emotionally.  D.BERLADYN noted he had gotten upset and made a vague comment, but had no intent of conducting such action.  D.BERLADYN was cooperative police throughout the interaction and advised he had been extremely stressed out as he just had a court date a few days ago. • From April 2 to April 5th, I was emailing a Social Assistance and Fraser Health through an email address given over Facebook.
• That remark was not made to Tri-Cities Mental Health.  It was made to a Social Assistance worker, one who said he could only offer me Welfare.  Rather than stop working the way I was just to collect a Welfare Check that would not even cover my rent, as a figure of speech I stated "no thanks, I would rather jump off a bridge" (than do that) before hanging up.  I deemeed Social Assistance / Welfare as a waste of my limited energy and emotion.  
• I do not recall stating that I had been extremely stressed out, but I obviously was stressed.  As calmly as I could, I explained to the RCMP Members the situation in a rational manner while under great duress that I would be taken to the hospital again.  After much chat and a few phone calls on the RCMP's part, this was negated as unnecessary.  Tri-Cities Mental Health told the RCMP that they would meet me wherever I liked for a coffee all I had to do was phone them.  When I phoned Tri-Cities Mental Health, they denied the agreement and tried to coax me into their office, an office in which I have no trust to step foot into. 
• In November 2016, the Probation Office insisted I meet with a Social Worker who supposedly had all of these connections.  All I needed her to do, was to phone to the Air-Sea-Land Rescue Member who had offered me his house to stay at completely alone for free.  I had that deal until Mark talked him out of it while I was being held in jail for two days waiting to see a Judge.  The Social Worker was a complete waste of time and energy, I needed to keep working, he only offered Welfare.  By this date, I was trying to get Fraser Health to help me in what I actually needed, not what they offered.   There was no response.  I decided to give the Social Worker one more try, on the phone he concluded he could only give me Welfare.  I said "no thanks, I would rather jump off a bridge" than lower myself onto Welfare where I would fall down and never get back up.  I needed simple support to write out the history, that was all.  No medication, no fraudulent disorders, although I likely suffered from PTSD/Emotional Trauma.  It was completely just a figure of speech, this would be clear to any common individual.  This guy simply made the phone call out of procedure, nothing at all to do with a real perceived danger.  At least that is my take.
• Two RCMP Officers and an RCMP Supervisor showed up, taxing my already taxed being.  I was calm yet overloaded, especially with these guys showing up, I explained the situation.  I do not think I used the exact words described, but if that's the case I lay no fault on the Officers.  This meeting was very taxing for me as the hospital was the worst place I could be and the police appearance added stress in relation to the women I lived with getting themselves all riled up.  The police presence actually endangered my ability to be welcome in that house and had a negative effect.  On top of this the Crazy Lady was in the garage listening to the whole conversation.
• The decision was made not to take me to the hospital after much dialogue and a few phone calls.  Rather than take me to the hospital, Tri-Cities Mental Health was to meet me somewhere public for coffee.  This was the deal because I would not step foot in that office after they committed FRAUD and they were a good part of the bullshit that threw me out of my home.   A good part of it, even though one of their teammates states I was a high risk for suicide if the police went ahead with it, that didn't seem to stop OHASHI.
• Tri-Cities Mental Health denied me the opportunity to meet in public and we briefly argued over the phone before I hung up, with no trust and no interest in them.  I believed the RCMP Supervisor and his words, not hers on the phone.

• June 5th, 2017 - RCMP Coquitlam - I dropped a letter off for the Mental Health Officers.
• June 15th, 2017 - RCMP Coquitlam - Abuse / Assault - I emailed the Coquitlam MHL Officer about the Physical and Mental Abuse I was suffering at 2114 Austin Ave., she never returned my email, perhaps this is the recorded phonecall?
• August 23, 2017 - RCMP Coquitlam - Possible Suicidal - Port Moody Police had the RCMP check on my well being as they were concerned that I would kill myself in front of their police department.
• August 27, 2017 - Port Moody Police - Attempted Arrest/Detainment - After I dropped a load of tools off at home so that they do not get stolen.
• September 6, 2017 - RCMP Coquitlam -  Keep the Peace - I was Assaulted at 2114 Austin Avenue.  I called the police to put an end to it asking them not to charge him out of goodwill.  The kid that assaulted me, he keep me awake all night for the next two nights, trying to get me to fight.
• September 9th, 2017 - RCMP Coquitlam - Keep the Peace - As I was moving out the last of my belongings, the kid brought other people over and I appeared to be the center of attention.  Not wanting to risk further confrontation, I asked the RCMP to come by for ten minutes while I packed out the last of my things.
• September 12, 2017 - Port Moody Police - Emergency Response Team - Excessive force, neighbours informed me shaking their heads in disbelief that the Port Moody Police Department would send Army Vehicles with guns drawn, throwing flash grenades while asking me to come out before I get hurt.  I wasn't even there.
• September 14, 2017 - RCMP Burnaby Community Office - Enquiries I tried finding an RCMP Member to take me to the hospital, but for the life of me, I couldn't find one in person.  I tried the Community Office, they took my ID, ran my name, they spoke to a Member and I left without what I wanted.
• September 14th, 2017 - Vancouver Police - Seabus Pass - on the way to Lions Gate Hospital Emergency Department, I was stopped by a Vancouver Police Officer.  He was an ex-medic who offered an ambulance, but I turned that down as I could freely walk.  He ran my name through all Police Departments, no hint of a Warrant to my Arrest.
• September 15th, 2017 - RCMP Burnaby - Arrest under Warrant - After walking back 11.7Km's from the Lions Gate Hospital after they rejected taking me in, spending a night in a Burnaby Tim Hortons, four RCMP Members came by and arrested me for the PMPD Warrant that they stated was dated Sept 6th.
• October 31st, 2017 - Port Moody Police - Arresting me for a Breach - Upon release, my audio recorder was formatted and pocket change stolen.  The arresting officer made a point to get my attention on those two items as they emptied my pockets.

• My Sister, the one who tried to take over and control this house after she lost her own after she was caught embezzling $40,000+ from her employer..
• My Sister, the one who I had no issue with returning home in 2008/09, in fact, I supported her in such as long as she recognized that it was my house and my mother's house.  She agreed until Jim BERLADYN convinced her to take a different stance.

Up until July 2017, D.BERLADYN was bound by conditions of a Section 810 Peace Bond application to not contact or attend M.BERLADYN's and his own residence.  On today's date, D.BERLADYN attended M.BERLADYN's and his own residence and unloaded a large amount of dry wall tools and equipment into her and his yard. M.BERLADYN did not provide permission for D.BERLADYN to do so.

• For this, the Port Moody Police wanted to arrest me on the grounds of my sister's, phone call.  That action would only have left my remaining tools, supplies and other important operating property stolen from the residence that I was being abused in.  Why didn't you arrest everyone in 2009 when I asked for your help?
• Why did you not investigate the FRAUD that almost killed me in November 2015?
• Why did you not instill the Peace for my own safety?
• Why did you not just leave me to explain the situation to the Psychologist at 'Tri-Cities Mental Health'?  Of course he was too busy trying to pin a label on me, take my drivers license away and likely shove pills down my throat.  Silly me, I thought the PMPD had me going there so that complex situation could be understood before someone messed it all up.
