Personal Recording Device from Dan BERLADYN - File No: 17-5371
When I was arrested October 31st, 2017 by the Port Moody Police, the arresting Officer made a point more than once that I had $1.05 in pocket change. He firmly made sure that he pointed this to my attention more than once. He also made a point to ensure he knew which device was my Personal Audio Recorder. When I was released from Jail, the pocket change was gone and the Personal Audio Recorder was formatted.
I never had this problem when the RCMP Arrested me, I only had this problem with the Port Moody Police. I can only assume they stole my money and tried to erase the recordings. These are the same recordings that they transcribed and handed into the Courts. In the Transcription of a main Audio file, they changed and or omitted roughly a 131 words. Many of those words, if not most of them, would be evidence in my favour.
PMPD File Number: 17-5371
In that file, which was handed to the Courts there are roughly 131 words omitted or changed from the audio recordings below.

My Mother, the first time she had seen me since she lied in Court. Actually everything was good when she opened the door, no bad vibes at all, just warmth until my sisters dog ran up forcing my mother to narrow the door and block the dog. My sister would likely be happy at this, another abandoned pet of hers strikes again. I am disappointed with myself for not asking about my cat. If this trip was planned, it would have been a prime question. I saw no sign of him.
By the way, the bit about the oven, that is her over used cover for having to close the door and make a phone call. As if her own Son who had lived with her, co-dependently, would not know that old game.
