Yeah...  my truck won't even start...  even charging it all day.   A bad connection I cannot fix?  A bad battery?  I suppose I am lucky I was able to charge it and start it at the gas station.

So much for running around certain Government Offices yesterday, then today, now tomorrow.  They are just a waste of time anyways.  If they were not, the items in question could be communicated via email.  Nope, cannot do that.  That would be too efficient and thus defeat the purpose of running you all over town while  they sit in their Offices serving you, the 'Client'.
