These are things I have stated under in the Criminal Courts of British Columbia. Remember, right from the very start, the first thing the Criminal Duty Counsel had said was that I was Railroaded by the System. This, at the time of initial Arraignment I believe. Took her not even a minute to find proof.
"Integrity" - My response to a nervous Crown Prosecutor asking me what I believe is wrong with Society.
"I hereby disavow the Crown" - My pre-emptive remark just before my perceived coming unjust Judgement. For the record, I have personally apologized to HRM QEII on the Royal Family's Facebook Page as it was never directed at her.
"The Courts are Victimizing a Victim" - Over and Over repetitively into the Microphone.
"You Murdered me." - Stated to the Judge with such conviction, the typists bolted upright in their chairs. I immediately added "it's not your fault" in an attempt to revoke any personal responsibility from the Judge as the Probation Officers by this time had conditioned me to blame the System, not they the People.
"You are all Communistic Bureaucrats" - to the entire staff in the Court Room (or words to this effect). It's not the Court Room Staff per say, but the whole System, the whole Enchilada. Doctors, Police, Lawyers, Social Workers, everyone employed by the Government.
"I just keep getting Victimized Over and Over" - I do.
"Denying my Right to Life" - it is, but the only way I can explain that is if I am secured, stabilized and I write it out."Sure, I will agree to those Conditions and then I will Kill myself" - words to that effect. It was a rapid response to excessive bail conditions imposed on a guy just trying to save his life. In fact, even what I have agreed to now, agreed to in bondage at my lawyers recommendation, is over the top.
"You are a fucking Criminal!" - to the Crown Prosecutor after she requested a Psychiatric Evaluation and as my last words before leaving the Prisoners Box. Let's see, 15 Psychiatrists to date - there is no need for anymore of the same. This combined with her pitches earlier, her explanations of the 'events', I couldn't help but say it from my perspectives.

I understand the 'game' of having two opposing sides polarize interpretations of data to debate a Guilty or Not Guilty Verdict in regards to a Criminal Offence, but if you could see everything in a Bird's Eye View from day one, you would see just how ridiculous this whole thing is. It would be like a Jerry Seinfeld Episode. If it wasn't so destructive to good people, it would be actually be funny.
For example, the Crown Prosecutor stated I dumped my property off in the middle of the yard and drove away. Really? I put my property back into the places it has been allocated for nearly twenty years and it was certainly not in the middle of the yard causing her loss of use. You want to talk about Loss of Use? That suppose to be, her house and my house!
Too busy murdering me as some Evil Man that needs to be eradicated. I am the only reason she still lives there, in the home my father promised her. Her whole world. You are killing the good guy, you bunch of Corrupt Bureaucrats. Communist Bureaucrats, because that is how all of you keep your jobs, by creating disasters that take from and kill good citizens.
