If having the use of my laptop during a forced 30 day incarceration meant the different between my life and death, this system just gave me death.

Odd when you consider the term "Psychiatric Evaluation" was mentioned in the Court Room.  30 days of incarceration just to receive a ten minute surprise visit from a Psychiatrist behind glass.  One who will fail me anyways - writing, even him, is common sense.   A person in my shoes needs a laptop to do that.  Too late now.  Please let the Courts know in any report that I need access to my laptop 24/7.  Thank you.
