Tri-Cities Mental Health omitted this Document from my FIPPA Request.  The timestamp looks a little late in the day.  Of course, someone may have simply been lazy with a time change?

I have to wonder if you had discussion with the RCMP and PMPD by this time... and what transpired...  as I may have already been home, showered and leaving messages with PMPD MHL OHASHI to come pick me up. Messages OHASHI in her blind aggression never even logged, while I was completely calm.

Dr. Emoko Moniwa, who pressured you to set me up and RAILROAD me into the Hospital fraudulently? Was it PMPD PO97 MHL Jenn OHASHI or "Dr." Anthony OSHUN?

Or was it the entire 'Mental Health Team'...  ...where no one is ever held accountable for their Personal (in)Actions? I must be flipping stupid to have ever accepted TCMH.
