I had specific thoughts when I spoke with you.  I greatly appreciated your care in not diagnosing someone too quickly.

Your report is very good for our discussion.  It only misses one thing and that being your very own words describing how my life sounds like a country song.  I actually greatly appreciated that comment as well, it at times it has often felt like one.
