Dear Intake Services,

I thank you for your time in the matter.  I do hope you take into account the psychical/material inability over the last year, leading into the psychological inability to describe the related actions and inactions appropriately.  For Queen and Country, in Service of your coming King, I hereby ask of you to grant a wide berth in determining the admissibility of the complaint. For all intents and purposes, I formerly held the PMPD in high regard in terms of how they treated a Resident.  For your knowledge, I still hold the RCMP in an higher regard. For the most part, I see well trained, well performing RCMP Officers whenever I interact with them.  I hope to retain that personal view.
