I am just putting this note here because I really do not like the way this system works.  I remember sitting there talking to this guy, I know why I went, I know what I was feeling, I know why he has so much written down wrong.  Do you know what the rest of you people who may or may not ever read this file will know?  How much damage you do to someone's like as you start repeating and misinterpreting things stated on a file like this.

This file has a lot of errors, that would only be exponentiated by more people reading it.  The next thing you know, someone is sick because the Paper doesn't match the Truth. These are the same people, who have 'power' over you in a Mental Health System.  It's Criminal.

I am not blaming this Doctor for the many errors, but they are there. I am the only one who can actually pull useful information out of that file.
