Why is the time stamp at 9:17am? I did not receive this email until 10:30 or 11:00 am. That doesn't matter, but you've all lost my confidence.
First you give me the wrong email address and ask me to write. Once I correct the address, someone left the "gc" out of the main domain, the email goes through. Then today I ask a question and you reject the email almost immediately.
After I post this, the first email that went through bounces back. What am I to think? I suppose the intent is to MURDER someone. You MURDERED me and I am asking you to help fix it and no one will. Of course, perhaps there is 'Technical Difficulties'. Perhaps, there's many other things, but I want to see it as
