Subject: Payments, NSF and Deferring payments.
Hi Dennis,
I am hoping I can trouble you for a moment.  I am having trouble remembering what to do with the LN Pymt -C *000237502 as below in the included picture. I can’t believe this is my account.  Today is the first time I have logged in. If you remember, I needed your advice on how to move forward when I had seen you. I didn’t even want to look at my accounts for fear degrading my mental health. Anyways I am not sure what to do about this loan. You stated to make a payment come March 1st, but what about the payment missed? What is happening with that right now? The Autoloan, I had spoken with them and I had it deferred at a cost of $439.48 for two months. I just figured over seven years it was worth the wee bit of breathing room I get. Although I do personally doubt it, it’s near the cost of a loan payment itself.
The other loan I mentioned in the beginning of the email, I have done nothing with it. I don’t understand at the moment, I have a lot on my plate and I am slowly trying to deal with them so I do not get overwhelmed. I see $90 in NSF Fee’s there. I guess I can add to total cost too. Anyways, I apologize to waste your time, but it’s easier for my mind still to ask you what to do with that payment. Do I need to phone them like I did the Autoloan? The Autoloan phoned five times, the other Loan never did. I am not if that you handled, or could handle for me or not. In fact, I think I was a little confused, I thought perhaps you had said that payment came out. But now I am thinking you meant the ICBC payment came out.
I appreciate your help. It was nice to get working and slowly start making progress resolving all of this.
Dan Berladyn.
