It really doesn’t matter.  I planned on dropping in there at some point, but I’ve been backlogged with overwhelming things and I’ve lost the will.  You can come by and serve me the documents if you have nothing to do - a heads up is nice.  This afternoon I have no plans except a quick trip out around 3, 4 or 5pm.  If you are genuinely busy with other cases I will come by and get them at some point very soon.

I’ve heard through back channels (hearsay/rumours) that there is a no contact order on my family and in the least my mother.  I have not broken the protocols, however they have on more than one occasion tried to contact and pass information to me.  Also, my oldest brother Jim Berladyn has conducted drive by’s to this property looking to determine where I am staying.  To my knowledge they still do not know of my whereabouts’ and I intend to keep it that way.  The only reason I have not told you is because doing so could trigger you to take action and thus giving them confirmation.

I likely want a restraining order placed on them at some point.  My lawyer states the Judge is the wrong person to ask so I am running this by you.

Once again, my Rights, my Health, and my Sanity were disregarded, not only here, but by the Judge himself. From what I witnessed, the Judge ruled against me, citing that he would have to make the ruling to 'keep those people away from me', the Fear of Injury lands on me, along with Legal Ramifications if I contact my own Family. After I make requests, he only advises them that they shouldn't contact me [..out of principle, to that effect]. I've never seen such a Circus in all my life.
