I am to phone back next week after the Courts forward Verbatim an estimate.  This is somewhat a lack of privacy, seeing that a Private Company gets to view the information.  It's also, a slight monopoly.  A person should be able to receive this information at no cost.  It's kind of silly.

Transcribers in are there in Court, USB Memory Sticks, CD's and more appropriately, Webservers (CRA) are widely available

Courts still have not returned the request for quoting to verbatim.  At first she was surprised as that's unusual and then she later stated it's because of many dates involved.  She would resend, giving her the information that it under the Criminal Code, so she knew who to send it too.
