I keep trying to phone this number for Business Enquiries and Self-Employed Individuals, 1-800-959-5525.  When I phone from my Cellular Mobile Phone, the line immediately hangs up.  The only phone numbers that actually work are phone numbers that just loop in different key pressed instructions, leaving me nowhere but looping.
