Can anyone explain to me why two financial transactions did not take place in late December?  Specifically December 30 and December 31?  The money is there, yet the transactions have been pending.  One was finally denied, just now.

"We received an automated response from your bank informing us that they could not complete the transfer"

Did someone, somewhere push a "Button"?
