He was reluctant to provide insurance without being advised on owing which I made clear, is a requirement before disclosure. After walking him through procedures, debtor took fax number and email. Requested the insurance again and he advised would work to provide by the end of the week. Debtor wishes to bring account up to date but is waiting to receive some money, he claims to be working but I don't believe he is. Debtor doesn't seem sound of miind, working to get him to trust me. | Emma Conroy |
