A Crown Victoria, you know the cars police and other agencies use. I'm walking down the sidewalk, this car pulls along side me, waves, makes solid eye contact, waves again, pulls forward, foot on the brake, still making eye contact, waves again. Then decides to drive off. I never know what to think anymore.  I feel like I was just positively identified for someone.
