It's pretty simple people.  If you want to communicate with me, do so in writing via email. Claiming that you may only email internally within your own office is your bullshit not mine.  If you can Fax like you suggested, then you can email.  Fax is not an option for you as I no longer have an office.  It is irrelevant anyways as it offers no greater security.

For the puke you have phoning me, the young kid with the attempted intimidation, I am under no obligation to explain why I end calls.  I am in the presence of a client, I've allowed you an ear, you've wasted it.  For the record, I am under no obligation to even answer my phone.

As far as your threats to report me to the bank - I am really unsure as to what you think that is going to accomplish.  The bank is far more straight forward with me than you are.  As for trying to make feel small for being in "Collections"...  you're not a very bright guy are you?
