I just left her a clear voicemail with my name, number and new address.  This would have been much simpler if I could have just emailed in last night.  I don't like voicemails and often at times I feel too sick to speak.  Emails are clear, factual and to the point.  Then there is the bonus of a personal record.  Although I do have to admit, they might not be as secure.  On top of this, I can see reasons not to allow people to write in.
