Thank you Sir, I'll take this as good intent. Honestly however, I can't keep dealing with the constant changes on all other parties behalf's.  Every single day, my world keeps flipping upside down and I have to recalculate and re-navigate.  This might have done me much more harm that good. If the money goes to the bank, and which one...?   I know who I selected to take that money.  I was planning on you holding it.  If you held it as I expected, I'd have used it to cancel out the payment due next year. Like I said I will take this as good intent but it's just added another variable which throws out all the other variables.  I imagine TD Canada Trust would just grab it.  In a way that would be fair, but it would likely hurt both of us more.  At least you holding it, there was a purse somewhere to distribute fairly amongst everyone. Now, it's more hard debt and another creditor named the Canada Revenue Agency who are the last people I want to owe.  I don't quite want to throw up, but I am pretty close.  Over the last few weeks, I have had several things make me want to throw up.  I just can't take it. Anyways, thank you.  It's likely good intent.  I have no choice but to see it that way and I honestly do not think I have the capability to even determine the appropriate course of action now.  This changes a lot of dynamics over the next 6 months.  How the hell do I pay you?  It shouldn't be much, but it's the Psychological strain.
