You don't realize and likely do not care about the effects you have.  This is why we are in this position.  As per my phonecall, my wordsmiths following, adamant and respectful :   "I know who you are.  You need to stop phoning me.  If you wish to communicate with me tou must do so in writing.  Thank you and Goodbye." You have no care for the building I was just walking out of or the life events rolling through my mind.  I understand your position, try to understand your asking for the attention of someone who's trying to his own drowning while in rough seas. Can you do that?  Can you imagine that?  Can you think of a (former) Customers needs?  a Canadians?  Stop phoning and write your business, thank you.
