Post Title: Psychiatry and Medication

Well, I am too tired to write out last night's events in great detail.  Too much BS in simply living simply.

I tried contacting Bell through the Internet on how to pay in cash.   You can see how that went from the comments on the post dated yesterday.  I'd much rather not talk to anyone.

For healthy distraction I often post to Facebook.  It helps put my mind in a healthy place.  In the least it's good therapy.

Last night I found myself posting on the murder of the young thirteen year old student.  People called for more Mental Health Services.  Naturally I had opinions on this from my experiences and I wish my words were logged here.

I decided to take a pill from a prescription given by the Royal Columbian Hospital.  They are far too strong, so I took half.  I fell asleep.

The heat was cranked, Windows closed, I was comfortable - except the floor made for a hard bed.  I thought good, I'll be refreshed in the morning.

I woke two hours later freezing cold.  Because of the pill, I was too lazy and out of it to understand why I was so cold.  I tried to fall back asleep.

Many minutes later I heard a woman.  She kept saying hello, over and over.  Dazed but alarmed, I knew there was an intruder in the house.  I got up and went to the back entrance.

There she was, a 40 year old woman with the window and door wide open acting somewhat coy.  I knew she could be real trouble, I also knew more fearsomely that the real danger is that she might not be alone.

I spoke with her unable to deal with it.  I figured she was alone.   I locked the door and allowed her to sleep as I knew she was not of a stable living condition.

I somewhat returned to sleep.

Finally come morning, completely messed up and not properly slept, I made the decision to get her out of the house.  It's not my home, it's a clients who has sold it.  he knows my situation and he'd understand this.

I told the woman I wanted coffee and that I would buy her one, letting her know she was to come with me.  It took nearly an hour to get her out as she kept playing games with her clothes and the trinkets in her purse.

I took her to A&W.  She did not want to get out of the truck.  She played more games.  Time to start not being so nice, I went to the passenger side and opened the door.

She got out but she tried to leave her belongings inside.  I took them out, locked the truck and proceeded to enter A&W.  She stated that she would wait by the truck.

At this point,  I just turned around, entered the truck and drove away.  She wrecked my night of good sleep and likely my entire day.  on top of this, she acting very.immature or perhaps her brain was rotted from drugs  I don't know.

Looking at my phone, Bell cut off the Internet unless I agree to $0.05 per mb.  Naturally I can upgrade my plan.  That requires entering the store and talking to kids who I can't even pay the account with.

My head hurts, I want to talk to no one.  I need a shower and I do not have one.

Drinking a coffee I notice that I am parked across the street from Dr. Doug Bing MLA.  Looking him up, my brain is very weakly coming up with things to talk to him about, but alas I am too tired and uninterested in looking unintelligent.

Writing this, the TD bank politely phones, carefully asking a Personal question.  I cannot answer that or even take the mental burden of its suggestion.  I already have thoughts on all of that, but I'm in no shape to start a conversation on it.

Now, onto the topic, if I was a Section 28 right now, or a Section 4, a doctor would lock me up.  Do you know why?  Because I can't explain all the variables putting me into this state simply and concisely.

If I start the story too far back I get told I'm living in the past.  If I jump from topic to topic, I am unstable, unpredictable and yada yada.  If I am tired, they think I need different medication.

You know, I really should have received that good night's sleep last night.  It's not Mental Illness, it's prolonged Situational Illness Over an Extended Period of Time.

Give me a bed, a shower, some rest and stop trying to control me.  I know my needs better than a "Professional".

I just want to be clear, these problems are not solved in a hospital or with a prescription or counselling.  Thank you.
