pmdp-mission-statement

INTEGRITY Synonyms: honesty, probity, rectitude, honour, good character, principle(s), ethics, morals, righteousness, morality, virtue, decency, fairness, scrupulousness, sincerity, truthfulness, trustworthiness.

• Example “PMPD had the -Integrity- to act without bias in conducting affairs. In the very least and at the very last, they had the -Integrity- to correct and undo the damage of their former bias in affairs already conducted.”

Antonyms: dishonesty, division, fragility.

COURAGE Synonyms: bravery, courageousness, pluck, pluckiness, valor, fearlessness, intrepidity, nerve, daring, audacity, boldness, grit, true grit, hardihood, heroism, gallantry.

Example “She, the PMPD Officer, had the -Courage- to assume innocence, rather than hearsay, character assassination and motives driven by personal irresponsible greed. She did not wither, cower, shake, nor hide behind poorly trained ‘body-guards’ not interested in the task while nervously asking a single question, only later to document this question as a complete discussion. (Next time perhaps)”

Antonyms: Cowardice.

TRUST Synonyms: confidence, belief, faith, certainty, assurance, conviction, credence, reliance.

• Example “She, the PMPD Officer, can be -Trusted- to carry out an impartial investigation. That would be one without bias, bullying, intimidation and attempted domination. (Maybe in the Future).”

Antonyms: distrust, mistrust, doubt.

RESPECT Synonyms: esteem, regard, high opinion, admiration, reverence, deference, honor

• Example “The PMPD -Respected- the life-long resident, who not only saved both his parents from losing their home (allowing his siblings to leave and lead relatively normal lives), but he routinely raked the leaves and picked up garbage in the City Park, while making good with his neighbours and full-filling childhood dreams. The PMPD -Respected- the highly delicate position the life-long resident was in, they were careful not to create further imbalance and impossibility. In fact, rather than involving themselves irresponsibly in 40 years of family history, they kept the peace by removing elements that do not live in the home, nor historically had a history of financial contribution. (Oops, far too late for that).”

Antonyms: contempt, disrespect, despise, scorn, mock, disregard, disobey.

ACCOUNTABLE

synonyms: responsible, liable, answerable, explicable, explainable, understandable.

• Example “The Port Moody Police held themselves -Accountable- for their inappropriate actions. They began to initiate this on their own, starting out with the self-directed plead to the Crown in upcoming Court to repeal the unnecessary and damaging FireArms Prohibition. (highly insulting to say the least, never mind everything else).”

antonyms: unaccountable, non-accountable, irresponsible, except, immune.
