The informant has reasonable grounds to believe that Margaret BERLADYN has reasonable grounds to fear and does fear that Daniel John BERLADYN will cause personal injury to her by virtue of incidents that occurred from the 1st day of January, 2016 to the 5th day of February, 2016, inclusive, at or near Port Moody, in the Province of British Columbia, pursuant to Section 810(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
