You people are self-serving fucks.  As far as I know, I have at least five days to make that overdue payment.  The payment is pocket change.  You do not provide any means to write your billing department, phoning and talking to people is bad for my mental health as, no offense, I don't need to talk to a small minded moron who is going to tax me beyond personal capability.

Your contact information is UPDATED with appropriate CONTACT INFORMATION.  What do I learn?  You have me on an automatic dialer.  You are pestering me and preventing me from working out invoices, payments, securing more work and conducting business.  I don't even want to write this.

Long story short, you are what I stated to your caller.  I invoiced someone late due to all of the distractions, they are trying to pay me.  You're just making things worse.  I was hoping you were better than the last company I was with for 17 years, turns out you're all the same.  Only the colours of the team jersey change.

BTW.  The last company never had to deal with missed payments like now, but their Customer Relations in meeting needs were no different.
