Thanks for the reply.  I was up really late so I am not thinking clearly, just acting.  I am also over caffeinated.  I’d just at least try to stop that RTB outcome if it’s not in my favour.  I know it’s not you people, but I’d rather not have a Sheriff or Mental Health Act on a ruling if I can avoid it.  Neighbours are waving and smiling just to let you know.  It’s not finished either, it’s still a draft for me.  There’s so much that could be said and so much that perhaps shouldn’t be said.
