I  outlined potential  costs in my  first reply to  you, for  clarification I  anticipate the costs  will be between $130  and no  more than $150.

I am not pressing you  for your address, you   wrote to request  your file records  I simply asked you for an address to  send them. To  this  end if  you  wish  me to  proceed with  this  let  me know.
