I remember when you had a problem with your bathroom.  Dr. Owen James phoned me to inquire prices on finishing the drywall.  I tried to stayed remote to it all as I didn’t want to be involved in your home as I was patient of yours.  However, I am sure that if I at that time gave you a fixed price at the BCWA rates, we can call them $100/hr plus expenses you’d have some concern when I continually pressed you for an address to start the work.  I’m sure you’d want a ballpark price before it all began.

I know you are a good person and I know you are very experienced in this matter.  Before I give you an address to forward those files I want you to give me a rough estimate on the cost.  I’m sure you understand that I do not know if you want to give me a $200 bill or a $5000 bill.
