I acknowlege  your request  for a copy of  your file records, these are currently in  storage, I will  arrange to have them released.

The  cost  associated  with this service will  be billed at BCMA rates at a rate of  $92.70 per 15mins  for  file review + the cost of  photocopying the records as per  BCMA rates of $1.55 for the  first 10 page  and .30 subsequent pages per page.
