On Sept 26th, 2015 at 2123 hours, Daniel BERLADYN contacted PMPD and wanted to speak with a member about an incident that had happened earlier in the day while he was driving. The incident was that while he was driving [blank], who had noticed BERLADYN and began to honk [blank] horn and finger him. BERLADYN just wanted to report the incident because he believed that there may be some mischief done to his vehicle. BERLADYN spoke further about his family issues with his two older brothers and his mother who he is living with. BERLADYN became emotional and admitted that he had a lot of stress in his life at the moment. A long talk was done and some advise given so he could minimize stress in his life. BERLADYN was thankful for the advice. BERLADYN stated that he does not want police to ever contact him through his mother because of the rocky relationship so he had given a name of [blank].
