On 2010-06-14 at 1121 hours, [blank] assistance with family problems/arguments at 560 Foress Drive. Cst WORMALD spoke with [blank] who advised [blank] had an argument with [blank] D.BERLADYN (75-11-12) about money and living arrangements. No assault.No threats.No weapons.D.BERLADYN does suffer from bi-polar disorder. D.BERLADYN not violent as per [blank].

On 2010-06-14 at 1121 hours, Cst WORMALD was dispatched to the front counter of the Port Moody Police Department to speak with [blank] regarding possible threats at 560 Foress Dr in Port Moody. Cst WORMALD attended the counter and spoke with [blank] who advised that [blank] had a verbal argument with [blank] D.BERLADYN on 2010-06-11. The argument was about the following:

[blank] wants [blank] D.BERLADYN to move out of the family home

D.BERLADYN wants all the money he has paid towards rent for the last ten years so he can use the money to assist with his financial situation.

[blank] further advised that [blank] D.BERLADYN had been swearing at [blank] on 2010-06-11 while inside the family home and wanted money. However, no threat was uttered (just swear words ie:"your a fucking [blank]").

Cst WORMALD advised [blank] that he could speak with D.BERLADYN at a later date if it was requested. Cst. WORMALD further advised that a trip to the family doctor re:[poison pills] may assist family.
