Daniel BERLADYN reports having an ongoing dispute with [blank] resulting in what Danny reports as threats. [blank] and [blank] have been living at BERLADYN res. for several months. [blank] was upset that Danny threw several car parts in the garage away, some of them new in an effort to get [blank] out of the house. Threats appear to be unfounded as in the heat of the anger upon finding out about the car parts, [blank] said after Danny asked "how you doin?" Both parties spoken to about the fact that each can stop the silliness. Danny is bipolar. [blank]. Both parties warned about escalation. [blank] and [blank] are returning to [blank] tomorrow. [blank] staying in a hotel for the night. Both parties spoken to and advised to call the police if they cannot control themselves. NFAR.
