If earlier works better, I could meet you at 830am at your current place. I’ll assume this works, otherwise, let me know and we can easily set up another time to meet.

( I kept looking for an email from Jenn )

I did it again didn’t I?

Yes, I am still at XXXX Xxxxxxxx Ave.  You, the CRA and ICBC are the only ones with that information.  I hope to keep it that way, thanks.

Hi Jenn,

I suppose first come first serve.  I am barely working for reasons which I will spare you the details on, it’s all a part of the snowball/problems.  I haven’t committed to anything tomorrow, but I may after I view a job late this afternoon.  If you give me a time for tomorrow morning that works for you (the earlier the better), I will happily build my day around you.

Thanks,

Dan

( I was busying removing the fallen fence and building a Dog Pen for my Cousin Mark Berladyn.  Gave me Sanity, gave the Household something it desperately needed and.. it kept me Occupied while I looked for work. )

Hi Dan,

Are you available tomorrow morning and are you still at XXXX Xxxxxxxx Avenue? I would be happy to meet you there if that’s your preference.  Otherwise my availability is pretty limited this week and we could look at the week after.

( She was being nice, but I was actually just wishing I had went and picked them up myself at this point. )

Hi Jenn,

I always think of something I should have included afterwards.  I have not contacted or asked anyone about my family.  In fact, I try to abstain when someone offers information, I don’t even want to know.  Anyways, this whole forcing me out of my home the way it had happened has given me tremendous difficulties.  I did not want to, but I send a lifelong friend to the house to collect my mail yesterday.  I needed it for the CRA.  Which is just one of many compounding and snowballing problems.

The friend I had sent was Simon Zabjek.  He was under explicit instructions to say nothing and he did say nothing.  Even when she asked.  He doesn’t even know anything as I won’t even share information with him.  Anyways, aside from that, I have not communicated at all with with my family.  Even collecting my mail was something I did not want to do as it shows them I am still alive and breathing.

Thanks for the read,

Dan

( I didn’t want my family to know a thing before Court, and here I am at a Family Member’s place, with full communication ties back home. No choice in the matter, brilliant System we have; throw someone out of their home, their livelihood, their finances and without their Office, files, or any sense of Security, they have to defend themselves in Court. The System even provides a two-bit Lawyer who communicates information behind your back while he makes demotivating statements to you. )

Brilliant

Hi Jenn,

It really doesn’t matter.  I planned on dropping in there at some point, but I’ve been backlogged with overwhelming things and I’ve lost the will.  You can come by and serve me the documents if you have nothing to do – a heads up is nice.  This afternoon I have no plans except a quick trip out around 3, 4 or 5pm.  If you are genuinely busy with other cases I will come by and get them at some point very soon.

I’ve heard through back channels (hearsay/rumours) that there is a no contact order on my family and in the least my mother.  I have not broken the protocols, however they have on more than one occasion tried to contact and pass information to me.  Also, my oldest brother Jim Berladyn has conducted drive by’s to this property looking to determine where I am staying.  To my knowledge they still do not know of my whereabouts’ and I intend to keep it that way.  The only reason I have not told you is because doing so could trigger you to take action and thus giving them confirmation.

I likely want a restraining order placed on them at some point.  My lawyer states the Judge is the wrong person to ask so I am running this by you.

Thanks,

Dan Berladyn

( Once again, my Rights, my Health, and my Sanity were disregarded, not only here, but by the Judge himself. From what I witnessed, the Judge ruled against me, citing that he would have to make the ruling to ‘keep those people away from me’, the Fear of Injury lands on me, along with Legal Ramifications if I contact my own Family. After I make requests, he only advises them that they shouldn’t contact me [..out of principle, to that effect]. I’ve never seen such a Circus in all my life. )

Hello Dan,

I have received some documents back from Crown Counsel at the Port Coquitlam Courthouse to which they have requested I serve to you – these are in relation to a Firearms Prohibition Application I submitted back in February.

Could you please advise of your availability and let me know if you’d prefer to meet at our Department or your current residence.

Thank-you,

Jenn
